The idea of this project were established in Bucharest, summer 2022, where two of the projects key persons met during a TCA. A TCA about non-formal learning, but ended up with intresting discussions about organisation of schools and the need of students involvment in the work, involving also a third part.

With this project we wanted to improve the educational conditions and achieve improved inclusion for all students, in school and in the learning process.
The schools organisation and especially the schedules, have a significant impact on student achievements and motivation to learn. We believe that a high-quality schedule and how breaks are organized can influence physical and psychological well-being, fatigue, academic achievements. We therefore wanted to develop the organization of school for improved educational conditions and inclusion, by improving school scheduling, based on science and proven experiences.
An improved scheduling, together with organization of break and break activities, will support the inclusion of all students, both regarding physical, social inclusion and learning success.
To support the inclusion, we also want to strengthen the student democracy, through a more active student council, also involved in the scheduling work.
The goals of the project was to create:
- development plans within all the participating organizations to improve the work with the schools timetable
- guidelines about how to schedule for inclusion,
- involvment of students in the work with organization within the school. This procedure support the development of the democratic process within schools
